Robert A.

On December 18, 2011, Robert A., was driving in Pike County, Kentucky, when a driver pulled out into his lane and struck his vehicle. As a result of the crash, Robert was killed. The negligent driver was uninsured, under the influence, and should not have been behind the wheel. When the defendant's body was later examined, a blood test showed that he was also under the influence of marijuana and Xanax, and a small bag of marijuana was also found on him at the scene. A suit was filed against Allstate Insurance Company and we were able to settle the case for the policy limits to compensate Robert's family.
